Full Body Massage

1 HOUR £40

A massage that caters for people doing sports (climbing, football, cricket, etc) as it massages legs and arms. It takes care of discomfort in the muscles and reinvigorates.

Swedish Massage

1 HOUR £40

Swedish massage is a lighter, therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health. Stroking, kneading, rubbing and tapping help make you feel calm and balances the nervous system.

Indian Head, Neck, Shoulders, Back, Hands & Feet Massage

1 HOUR £40

A firm, deeper massage which can be adapted to suit your needs, massaging for longer the part of your body that most needs it. It alleviates stress, rejuvenates and makes you feel new again.
