My believe is that every individual is responsible for their own healing. I may be able to assist a person during their healing journey, working with that person in a way appropriate to them and within the scope of the massage therapy. You may need several sessions to see some real improvement in your health and to achieve complete pain relief.  

As a client expects me to behave in a professional capacity I also expect ethical behaviour from clients. On some occasions it has been known for Massage Therapists to be inappropriately propositioned and touched.  This behaviour will not be tolerated or accepted by me on any level and the session will be come to an end.  

Vocabulary around massage can also be difficult to navigate, so to help people I use my professional title – Massage Therapist, rather than Masseuse.
